Kevin Hui is co-founder of Archimarathon, an architectural literacy platform reaching nearly a million people across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. He spent two decades teaching architecture in Australia before turning his attention to a different kind of audience.
Through Archimarathon, he and co-founder Andrew Maynard of award-winning Austin Maynard Architects make videos that celebrate and read design and run curated international architecture tours. Their Melbourne studio works with architecture students on the soft skills and habits of collaboration that most architecture programs no longer teach.
He has spent most of his career suspecting that architecture has a communication problem and is doing something about it beyond the profession itself.
