Damian Madden

Damian Madden is an Experience Architect and leadership coach who helps individuals and organisations design more intentional ways of living, connecting and working. After working across brand, digital and customer experience with organisations including Adidas, Tesla, The Foo Fighters, Karl Lagerfeld, and Daniel Ricciardo, he shifted his focus toward applying the same principles of design and human-centred thinking to leadership, decision-making and personal transformation.

Through his workshops, advisory work, mindset coaching and frameworks (including the Experience Compass and Experience Arc) Damian works with founders, executives, creative leaders, sportspeople and teams to improve clarity, connection, and performance in both life and work.

He has delivered keynotes at more than 50 conferences across 8 countries, speaking on leadership, creativity, meaning and experience design. Damian is also the co-founder of A.SINGLE.PIECE, a contemporary art gallery concept focused on deeper engagement with art and attention, and the founder of ANOTHERSIDE, a mindfulness brand exploring presence through design and creativity.
